Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you cancel order if your order status is “Order Confirmed” and before your product/good pickup. Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

What about refund after cancellation?

The refund takes from 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount are going to be credited within the same account as you had made the payment from.
